The hotel rooms were massive compared to others, with impeccable amenities and fabulous views. The service was incredibly kind and accommodating. The location is amazing, close to plenty of shops. This hotel was such a pleasant surprise! The room was massive compared to the other hotels we stayed at, fabulous, had everything we need, and was just lovely. The service was very helpful and friendly, insanely kind and accommodating, and the staff of the hotel were very apologetic and helpful. The location is amazing, close to a lot of shops, very comfortable, and truly justifies the premium quality of service and first-class design we experienced. The dining was simply exceptional with a great selection of pastries during breakfast. Overall, a delightful stay with just a few minor hiccups.
